I know what it’s like to be constantly tired. I spent decades avoiding sleep, as I didn’t think it was important. As tight deadlines, long work hours and an unravelling marriage caught up with me, I realised I needed to get my act together, to be a better parent
for my two young children.
I needed to be calm, consistent and loving – instead of rushing, on automatic, and over-reacting. I’ve now spent nearly two decades improving my sleep, and it has improved my life in ways I didn’t think possible. My aim is to save you this time and effort! I’m passionate about helping people keep calm and sleep well.
I trained to help manage sleep through menopause, manage insomnia, teach breathwork, to counsel and coach, and now all the pieces of the puzzle have come together. I have built a programme to help people sleep 7 hours a night.
I work on Zoom, and use a 3-step system;
Respiration - you'll learn to switch speedily from a
state of stress to a state of calm
Routine - you'll learn to build and track positive sleep habits, and look forward to sleep
Replenishment - each small step you take makes the next step easier, as you regain your energy

I'm very lucky to be currently working with the amazing Sue Crisfield at the Rural Practice Network (South Somerset East PCN / NHS) Live Well with Pain Cafes - wonderful people!
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my grown-up kids, hiking, and reading. I completed the South West Coast Path in 2024 (630 miles - it took a long time!). I've also done a lot of sea kayaking in the last 20 years - Jurassic Coast, Scilly Isles, Brittany - just beautiful.
