Melanie has shown me how to breathe to help with sleeping, and explained how each problem in your body is connected in some way to other problems. I now use the breathing techniques for controlling stress often .. like during bad meetings - driving in difficult traffic jams - family or work problems etc. Just breathing in the way Melanie has guided me to do for a few breaths really helps you to relax and enables you to deal with the stressful situations and helps to carry on in a positive way. Melanie has helped with relieving other medical issues that I have had for a long while and they are noticeable improving by just breathing
in the correct way.
